Company Description: We are hiring for a leading financial services firm specializing in investment management and advisory services. With a focus on delivering strategic financial solutions to clients worldwide, we are currently seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join the team in a remote capacity and oversee the financial operations to drive business success.

Role Description: As the Senior Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, developing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the finance team in executing monthly financial close processes, evaluating financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial decision-making and drive operational efficiency through effective financial management practices.

What You Will Bring: - 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles. - Proven track record of leading financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team. - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. - Strategic mindset with the capability to drive financial initiatives and optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CFA certification preferred. - Extensive experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis. - Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
