Overview:

Ensures that Sheetz, Inc receives the maximum possible value from existing warranties and maintenance contracts. File and settle all claims as appropriate and guarantee that proper documentation is present within the purchasing/work order system. Provides feedback regarding execution of the parts return/warranty process.

Responsibilities:
  1. File warranty claims.
  2. Review open claims and follow up with vendors to resolve.
  3. Investigate unsettled and short paid claims and assess causes.
  4. Coordinate return of core parts and ensure credit is applied for these parts.
  5. Receive returned parts and separate for warranty claims, return to inventory, and discard.
  6. Assist in streamlining warranty process by reducing or eliminating administrative tasks.
  7. Update min/max and replenishment on service vehicles.
  8. Assist with inventory builds for service vehicles.
  9. Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.


Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with Inventory, Stores, or Technicians required
