What you will do:
  • Take the lead in managing sales and operations for all company products and services within assigned dealer(s), ensuring they thrive and are in line with company goals.
  • Create and put into action a detailed sales and operations plan using our dealer business plan, making sure each dealer and the company meet the targets set.
  • Spot and tackle opportunities and customer needs to boost sales and increase profitability across all product lines.
  • Develop and implement strategies, management approaches, and industry best practices to grow sales steadily and expand our market presence.
  • Coordinate with all the right people and resources within the company to help us reach our sales and operations goals, promoting teamwork and collaboration across teams.
  • Work towards meeting or going beyond the customer satisfaction goals set by top management, ensuring customers are happy with what they get from us and keep coming back.

What you will need:
  • 7+ years of business-to-business equipment industry experience with degree.
  • 10+ years of business-to-business equipment industry experience without degree.
  • Dealership sales management experience preferred.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
  • Education and/or sales management experience in the business-to-business equipment industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen, including proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management to ensure optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to make informed decisions and effectively collaborate with sales managers and dealer principals to drive results.
  • Advanced computer skills, adept at using various communication tools such as email, Salesforce.com, and Teams. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Product knowledge is preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of industrial lift trucks and related products.
