The Server is responsible for providing outstanding table side customer service during a guest's visit to the restaurant. This position strives to meet and exceed customer's needs while dining and goes above and beyond to deliver a lasting experience for the guest. This position offers part-time hours (primarily weekends), approximately 20 hours/week.

- Memorize the restaurant menu including daily specials
- Make dining suggestions based on guests' wants and needs
- Take all orders for food and beverage
- Enter orders using a POS system
- Consistently enforce liquor laws in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Serve customer orders with high level of accuracy
- Ensure guest dietary needs are met with assistance of back of the house staff
- Repeatedly check-in with guests during meal service to ensure all requests have been met and exceeded
- Assist with clearing table during and after meal service
- Suggest additional menu items to the guest during their service
- Assist host(ess) to make sure all menus and silverware are prepared for service
- Prepare checks and receive payments from guests
- Assist with the preparation of food and drink items when necessary
- Clean restaurant space including tabletop, floors, and other exposed surfaces when necessary
- Carry bus trays to the kitchen for washing and assist with washing as needed
- Adjust table set-up as needed to accommodate large parties
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment
- 18 years of age or older
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds. The team member will primarily work in a kitchen environment with fluctuating temperatures that can become hot, humid and/or wet, especially in the dish room areas.
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Lifting requirements: The team member will be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, and up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Noise Level: The noise level in this environment is typically moderate to loud.
