Consider joining usAs a Housekeeper you will help keep Camp Knutson's physical plant, grounds, and equipment clean and safe for campers, staff, volunteers, and other guests to use and enjoy. You will be responsible for the following:Cleaning camp buildings as directed, including bathrooms, kitchen areas, etc.Proper usage/storage of cleaning agentsHauling trash/recycling to appropriate removal placesCleaning glass / windows inside and out as directedVacuuming, scrubbing, sweeping of the buildings inside and out where appropriateCommunicate facility issues / supply needs to facility coordinatorAssist with laundering of linens as neededAssist with "deep cleaning" of buildings when requestedAttend facility / staff meetings when requestedMust be a good role model for our campers in your attitude and behavior, by following and upholding all safety and security rules, policies, procedures and protocolsCommunicate and cooperate with all staff and volunteersMinimum Requirements:Ability to relate to youth and adults in a positive mannerDemonstrate knowledge and skill in assigned job duties under training, guidance, supervision of Maintenance DirectorDriver's License is PreferredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
