**A+ FCU is growing and we are looking for the right candidate to assist with the operation of the Georgetown Branch. Your primary role is to be responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the branch, including day to day supervision of staff and member resolution. In addition you will monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a strong working knowledge of all services and operations of the Credit Union.** **(Deadline to apply is February 14, 2020)**
**Employee Management**
+ Assist the Branch Manager in the supervision of the branch employees by overseeing the daily operations of the branch, completing observations, coaching employees and providing input on hiring, terminations and evaluations.
+ Implement and monitor branch schedule for maximum productivity, service and overtime control.
+ Assist Branch Manager in meeting or exceeding all established branch goals by actively coaching & leading team.
+ Direct workflow assignments for Member Services Officers I, II, or III.
**Branch Support**
+ Perform Safe Deposit Box functions as needed (if applicable).
+ Assist members with account and product inquiries as needed.
+ Conduct branch sales or training meetings as needed.
+ Consistently meet or exceed individual goals established for the achievement of increasing retail services per household.
+ Resolve problems and assist with complex transactions presented by members or staff.
+ Provide Notary Public services and Medallion Signature Guarantees as needed.
+ Maintain ongoing working knowledge of policies/procedures.
+ Vault responsibilities assist with buying and selling cash from the vault, load cash dispense machines: Cash Dispense Machine (CDM), Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), and ATM with overall responsibility for cash ordering & management.
+ Oversee balancing, processing and transmission of checks received.
+ Provide ATM Operations assistance in balancing and troubleshooting.
+ Administer supervisory overrides and check approvals.
+ Oversee branch opening & closing duties.
+ Oversee and assign monthly audits.
+ Oversee and assign the monthly no risk assessment report.
+ Report, monitor & research teller outages.
+ Ensure branch regulatory compliance.
+ Update timekeeping and payroll.
**Miscellaneous Duties**
+ Participate in Community Education and Business Development events.
+ Assist at other locations as needed.
+ Travel to required training or meetings.
+ Evaluate and report any maintenance or equipment needs of branch to Branch Manager.

Job Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in business related field preferred.
* Four years of financial institution experience required.
* Two years of supervisory experience required.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem solving and research capability.
* Possess and model excellent member service skills.
* Microsoft Office product knowledge.
* Knowledge in teller/vault, new accounts, Safe Deposit Box and product knowledge.
* Knowledge of CU policies/procedures and products/services.
* Knowledge of lending regulations and procedures (where applicable).
* Must obtain Notary Public & Signature Guarantee certification within first six months.
* Proven decision making abilities.
**Physical Functions**
* Must have the ability/stamina to work at least 40 hours a week.
* Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
* Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to communicate heavily through telephone, e-mail and in-person communications.
* Must be able to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and solve potential issues in the field.
