Join **Community Services Group (CSG)**, a Certified B Corporation, as a **Janitor** for our **Adult Mental Health (MH) Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services** in **Lebanon, PA** and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring immediately for this position. As a **Janitor**, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining specific areas of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. You will also:

* Complete routine cleaning assignments and any additional cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor or designee in indoor and/or outdoor areas.

* Monitor, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and requests needed supplies.

* Report any concerns or problems to your supervisor.

* Follow standard precautions when completing tasks.

* Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

* Willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

* Commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

**This position offers:**

* $8.00 per hour.

* Part-Time (7.5 hours per week) Hours - Monday to Friday - 2:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

**Qualifications:**

* At least 18 years of age and have the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.

* Individuals in recovery are encouraged to apply.

* Able to work flexible hours.

* Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
