Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives. • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. • Educate customers face-to-face on renewable energy. • Meet with the team to come up with new ideas. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • High school diploma; some college is a plus.
