Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team Responsibilities Responsible for development, implementation, integration, and coordination of Food and Nutrition Services in Regions as specified under the Direction of the Corporate Director of FNS. Establishes working relationships with Administration and Leadership at the facility level. Oversees the food safety and nutritional care aspects of the Food and Nutrition Services to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. Responsible for the management of fiscal and human resources, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. Assesses the needs, and helps to plan, communicate, and design services that are appropriate to the hospital mission. Supports standardization of supplies and processes, as appropriate. Ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas, TX, MO, or KS market and will have regional oversight of hospitals in TX, AL, GA, KS, and MO.** Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required Qualifications Masters Degree from an accredited institution is required. Registered Dietitian certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Minimum five years of acute healthcare management experience. Minimum five years of Clinical practice in acute, sub-acute or SNF healthcare experience. Knowledge of healthcare licensing and regulations such as TJC, HFAP, and CMS. Proficient navigating office and EMR software systems. Excellent communication and prioritizing skills. Preferred Qualifications Multi-facility healthcare food service management experience.
