What are the Treat Truck Manager Job Duties?
Working alongside our amazing in-field and home office teams, you'll:
-Seek to obtain catering and partnership opportunities
-Coordinate and schedule all private and public events
-Recruit, hire and train a Treat Truck team
-Plan and budget for future events: including truck permitting and maintenance, purchase of food and paper goods, staffing, and menu offerings
-Master and uphold Andy's Frozen Custard's high standards of operations
What Makes a Great Treat Truck Manager?
-This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts taking care of our guests and staff
-The ability to drive and park the 40-foot-long Andy's Treat Truck
-A highly friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual with great communication skills
-Previous experience with management, local store marketing, and catering
-Knowledge of surrounding events and opportunities where the Treat Truck can participate
-A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Food Manager Certification
-Working knowledge of Google Drive, POS, and inventory/scheduling software
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
