Incumbent is responsible for the planning, requirements analysis and validation testing of new and improved programmatic and management information (MI) systems (e.g., Title II initial claims, post-entitlement, payments, debt management, audit and integrity review, Treasury operations, notices, data exchange and Medicare enrollment, Title XVI Claims and Post-eligibility) to meet the business requirements of customer organizations. Duties

Conducts needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved applications. Prepares business cases for the application of IT solutions. Conducts feasibility studies and trade-off analyses, defines systems scope and objectives, develops overall functional and technical specifications and detailed functional programmatic requirements. Provides technical guidance to, and works with, users on the formulation of requirements for a proposed application Conducts analyses and studies for defining data, workflow and inter-relationships among organizational and systems components, databases and processes within project areas. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE 52 WEEKS OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

at the GS-11 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Experience must be IT related.

The specialized experience required is defined as:

providing technical analysis, requirements, or support for the development, testing, or validation of software applications within the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile Lifecycle. How You Will Be Evaluated
