Ilforno Brands is looking to add an experienced pastry cook position to our talented culinary team The Pastry Cook will be responsible for the production, service and quality of desserts, breads, and sweet endings. Ability to design cost effective plated and passed desserts, quality sweet bites and perfectly baked breakfast pastries is a must. The Pastry Cook works with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth operation. This requires hands on involvement and decision making in planning, logistics, training, menu development, production and execution. Demonstrating creativity, integrity and resourcefulness as it pertains to quality, consistency and profitability is a must.
