QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual feature and bug fix testing for our web and mobile application using TestRail, validating VoIP firmware products, and coordinating with vendors to create firmware fixes. Responsibilities Perform manual feature and bug fix testing for Crexendo's web and mobile application using TestRail, fail test cases where appropriate, write bugs, and track bugs to completion through the development lifecycle Validate VoIP firmware products and coordinate with vendors to create firmware fixes Work with software developers to design new features and smart approaches to fixing bugs Maintain the repository of test cases, test sets, and defect tickets Review test cases for accuracy and clarity; review test sets for consistency Learn new technologies and quickly apply what you've learned to your efforts Write automation test cases Personal Qualifications Communication - relentless in communicating to understand the product and the work assigned. Strong work ethic with consistent and reliable results Initiative - always take the next action to move our overall effort forward Attention to detail - meticulous, quality work. Good learner - ability to learn - not repeating mistakes. Consistency - following directions consistently Good attitude - a positive approach to teamwork, accepting responsibility for mistakes and critical feedback, enjoys and celebrates successes Work well in an office environment on a daily basis Professional Qualifications 2-3 years in a tech position ideally help desk, technical customer service, Jr system administrator, recent graduate with Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related field Comfort using Windows, macOS, or Linux in a testing context Basic Understanding of technology, including: How web browsers render and interact with web applications Basic principles of how the internet and networking function (e.g., DNS, HTTP, client-server model) Familiarity with common software architecture components (e.g., front-end vs back-end, APIs, databases) Awareness of how applications are deployed and accessed in cloud or web environments Comfort using browser developer tools We offer a competitive salary range of $46,000.00-$53,000.00 and a full-time position.
