Key Role:

Play a central role in the day-to-day business development team for several large partner accounts. Work collaboratively with insurance carriers, law firms, and colleagues across the Commercial Incident Response team to provide client billing and onboarding services, track, manage, and develop partner related engagement metrics, and track payment contact details to streamline accounts receivables and financial reporting for the Incident Response business. Prepare monthly budget reports for partners, review collection forecasts, and assist in providing suitable contacts for payment. Manage and provide effective oversight of onboarding clients and track all insurance and claim details in Salesforce, the system of record. Establish and maintain close relationship with partner contacts while providing a "white glove service". Identify, report, and manage historical contact details and assist with collections of outstanding balances as needed. Complete other duties as assigned and required by business growth and development.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with collections, administration, and operations
  • Experience with accounts receivable
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to think strategically and execute quickly on core business and operational initiatives
  • Ability to exhibit creativity and ingenuity when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop process efficiencies, as needed

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
