Work closely with other staff members to facilitate a smooth operation between the dressing room areas and the sales floor.Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures related to dressing room management and sales floor maintenance.Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned. Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people. Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and cleanliness. Must be able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public. Must be able to take initiative and work well with little supervision.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.QualificationsExperience and Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
