Job Description:
We are seeking a database administrator with expertise in DB2 LUW for a project in Pleasant Prairie, WI.. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in DB2 DBA with a focus on replication.

Responsibilities
Install and configure Db2 LUW (Linux/Unix/Windows platform) database software on servers.
Perform performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management, and troubleshooting for the database.
Implement and maintain database replication solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in DB2 DBA with a focus on replication.
Expertise in database installation and configuration, particularly with Db2 LUW on Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
Proficiency in performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
