WHAT OUR CHAT REPAIR AGENTS ENJOY MOST Interacting with customers through our web-based chat platform Effectively handling questions and concerns related to video, Internet, and phone products and services Addressing advanced technical inquiries using diagnostic tools to keep communications and technology services running Coordinating customer service escalations with local management to determine the need for a field technician visit Taking pride in resolving customer service inquiries, processing orders, and documenting account actions while creating best-in-class customer experiences Were a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts. During your shift, you will find yourself receiving and responding to multiple, simultaneous messages through web-based communication tools.
