As a CAD/CAM Specialist at Front Range Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our products using cutting-edge, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software.The primary function of this job is to translate files received from the Customer to an acceptable format that our Laser Writers can read using our cutting edge software to translate customer data to create imaging files for our Photomask process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and manufacturing professionals to translate concepts into practical designs.Optimize designs for manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.Conduct thorough quality checks on CAD/CAM designs and implement necessary revisions.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD/CAM technologies.QUALIFICATIONS - Desired:Minimum High School Diploma with a emphasis in mathematics. Bachelor of Science helpful.Proficiency in CAD software such as: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CAMMaster, LinkCad, KLayout.Experience with CAM Software.Stong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with GDSII, Gerber 274X and Python programming a plus.Experience in PCB CAM a strong plus.Salary will commensurate with experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
