Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Location:

Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM solutions. Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Acquisition. Perform system analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for PeopleSoft HCM implementations. Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for PeopleSoft HCM configuration and optimization. Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on PeopleSoft functionality and processes. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other systems and applications. Support and troubleshoot issues during implementation and post-go-live phases. Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates, patches, and enhancements to advise clients on upgrade paths and new features.

Requirements

Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and functionality. Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Integration Broker. Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. PeopleSoft certification(s) (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
