Required TOGAF certification.
Good Understanding of EAFrameworks such as TOGAF and develop enterprise architecture blue print androadmap based on various business and IT stakeholder engagement/ collaboration.
8 + years of professionalexperience in technology disciplines with primary focus on business strategyand architecture, product strategy and architecture, enterprise architecture,solution architecture, data architecture, integrations architecture andtechnology architecture.
6+ years of full lifecyclesoftware engineering experience using waterfall or agile frameworks.
3+ years of proven expertiseof managing and leading cross-functional matrixed teams. Ability to coachresources to elevate performance and drive results.
Proven success drivingbusiness technology strategies that lead to product distinction.
Experience managingrelationships, coalitions and communications with senior and executive levelbusiness and technology leaders to influence desired outcomes without directauthority.
Ability to understand how tonavigate a complex organization, understand the big picture, and influence theenterprise to leverage technology in alignment with our strategies.
Ability to estimate thefinancial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
Working knowledge andexperience in any or all the following business and technology areas: datamanagement, data streaming technologies, event-based architecture, NoSQL andNewSQL technologies, APIs, microservices, SOA, cloud technologies, rulesengines/BPMs, data architecture and governance
