**Job Description**

As a Senior Specialists at Simply Mac, you have the opportunity to create promoters of both Apple products and the Simply Mac brand by being the trusted advisor to all things Apple for our customers. You are amazing at asking questions to better understand the needs and aspirations of the customer and then providing a complete solution that exceeds their expectations. When not providing transformational shopping experiences you are a willing mentor to other team members around hardware, software, and best practices around selling strategies.

Requirements: You are already an Apple guru but you have an insatiable curiosity to learn more and take every opportunity to be the go to person in store around products You have the ability to drive results at a high level as an individual contributor but also embrace our most important metric is customer loyalty You are a great teammate who believes we are better as an organization when everyone is successful You are humble and a willing receiver of feedback, from peers and managers, as a growth opportunity
