A successful Residential Service Plumber is a skilled troubleshooter and customer advocate, swiftly diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our clients' homes and businesses. You'll handle a variety of service calls, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, showcasing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise. What Can WE Do For YOU?Competitive pay from $30 - $40/hour, DOE, plus uncapped commission and bonusesCash bonuses for positive Google reviewsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k with company matchPaid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)Weekly training, on-site and off-site, to help you grow in the tradeTake-home vehicle, uniforms, iPad, and annual $250 Boot AllowanceProvide stability and a culture focused on our employeesCompany events, pizza parties, and moreTasks for the Residential Service Plumber:Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related residential service calls.Repair pipes, tanks, and water fixtures as needed.Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.Testing systems for leaks and other problems.Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.Show yourself as a professional and be knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.Ensure truck inventory is up to date.Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Participate in weekly meetings and training for professional growth.Requirements of the Residential Service Plumber:Minimum of 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience.Service Titan experience is ideal. Prior Nexstar Training is highly preferred. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and service systems.
