Position Overview:
As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in this floating role, you will travel between our North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations, delivering high-quality lab services and personalized customer care. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience and a strong dedication to learning about our testing products and consulting with customers to help them make informed health choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between our North Fort Worth, Southlake, Euless, and Cedar Hill locations, providing essential support and continuity of care.
- Conduct phlebotomy and administer injections with accuracy and a steady hand.
- Develop a strong understanding of our lab products and services, and actively engage with customers to offer consultative guidance on available testing options.
- Prepare patients for sample collection and guide them through lab procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment by following all health and safety protocols.
- Record patient information accurately and maintain organized documentation.
- Offer exceptional, personalized customer service, answering questions and helping patients understand their testing options.
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification
- 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience (Required).
- Strong background in personalized customer service, similar to experience as a server in a moderate to high-end restaurant or a retail associate in a luxury department store.
- Reliable transportation for multi-location support.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional weekends.
- Enthusiasm for learning about lab products and a desire to consult with customers to help them make proactive health choices.
- Strong preferrence for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
