Paradigm Digital Group is seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist & Account Manager

to join our team in Fishers, IN. This is a position that requires 2-4 years of experience, and there is an opportunity for growth into greater responsibilities. You will be working with an experienced team of digital marketers, video content producers, and account managers. Our Digital Marketing Specialist needs to be highly proficient in writing, editing, and placing effective and consistent content across our client websites, social media networks, blogs, and email marketing and nurturing campaigns. This is a highly collaborative position, and you will work directly with the CMO and Digital and Social Media Managers. The salary range is based on qualified experience and we prefer at least 2-4 years for this position. You will be directly handling client accounts and responsible for the monthly tasks, with face-to-face interaction, so client service skills are a must Paradigm Digital Group is a leading digital marketing agency for the transportation & logistics, vocational, trade school, career training, and education industries across North America. We are a full-service marketing agency providing our clients with website redesign, marketing strategy, local SEO, content writing, PPC, email marketing, social media management, and video production, to name a few. We are a team of 12-15 dedicated employees. PDG has over 35 years of experience. We provide our clients with expertise in all advertising and marketing disciplines. Maintain regular communication with multiple clients on a weekly basis Create, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar, schedule and produce the content necessary to publish Research and develop relevant topics for websites and social media Create and manage nurturing campaigns for automated series and remarketing Create monthly blogs incorporating on-page, local and technical SEO Full understanding and use of Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console and Moz Manage, optimize, update, and edit websites in WordPress Responsible for technical SEO related to websites, YouTube, and Vimeo Collaborate with the in-house video department to create video content Responsible for client monthly reporting in Google Data Studio, analysis of data, performance and effectiveness Apply Now
