'Dashery is a one-stop shop for breakfast and lunch on-the-go as well as an intimate space where guests gather and take a quick break before carrying on with their day. Experience authentic local flavors from partnerships with Black Acres Roastery and Wight Tea Company.

Job Overrview: Cafe service at New Waterloo is about combining great hospitality along with technical skills and warm personalities to create a welcoming environment. The Lead Barista will assist the Outlet Manager with ordering goods, monthly inventory, creating drink specials, and team development. The Lead Barista must effectively demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
