WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The House Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events, cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions, delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk, and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

The ideal candidate will:

Love the look and smell of clean, be detail oriented, preferably with facility cleaning experience.

Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment.

Clean and service assigned areas in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.

Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Reports appropriate complaints or requests to appropriate department. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards.

Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.

Reports lost and found articles to supervisor.

Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Availability - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability

Must have great customer service skills - all of our positions come into high contact with our guests

Communication - Professionally deal with difficult situations/people.

Flexibility - Varied tasks under varied conditions.

Pace - Must adapt to business demands
