(Must pass a 2” sch 80 6G test within 1 hour). + Get Technical: Connect cables, set up amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as per the weld procedure. + Create the Spark: Start the power supply, form arcs, and join edges of workpieces with finesse. + Guide the Process: Manually guide electrodes or guns, maintaining arc length and speed for perfect fusion. + Versatile Welding: Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions. + Quality Check: Examine welds for bead size and specifications, ensuring top-notch results. + Preparation and Repair: Clean joints, repair broken parts, grind pipes, and prepare materials for welding. + Team Collaboration: Tackle assemblies together, position workpieces, and maintain a clean work environment. **Qualifications** : + Highschool Diploma or GED + Must pass weld test.
