We are one of the fastest-growing and leading premier agencies in the area that specializes in delivering telecommunication results for our client, AT&T, in Customer Service,, Sales, and Sales Development.
Our AT&T Customer Service Representative opportunity is perfect for someone entry-level who wants to step into the Customer Service and Sales world to experience the back-end of what makes a business successful in providing a massive return on investment for its clients As part of our expanding AT&T Customer Service Representative team, you will support our initiatives by developing more extensive awareness and consumer loyalty. By bringing to life the client and the brands vision through live and creative sales campaign launches, and direct customer communications we will be able to achieve our HUGE goals
Responsibilities for our AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- Uphold the highest level of customer experience - guided by the customer comes first
- Ensure clear communication with every customer, client, and team member
- Work with customers directly daily, engaging with them on services that they currently have, the available telecommunication services that they can be provided with, and any potential upgrades and/or promotions
- Assist customers with the completion of any order, being apart of the entire sales process
- Learn what it takes to process a sales order and drive company sales revenue to increase company ROI
- Execute all customer service and sales strategies with the team by completing company standards and goals
- Maintain customer awareness and loyalty
- Track the effectiveness of our sales campaigns and report metrics to upper management
- Attend all required training and entry-level team meetings
