Job Summary
Position summary:
An Administrator in Product Planning is a member of the Development Administration Group (DA) which is a key support team for the execution and delivery of all ongoing projects and technical activity. Support activity ranges from managing program timing and budget, setting and facilitating gate reviews, ensuring collaboration with our group companies, and overall administration support for ongoing projects.
Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree

is required
Minimum 5

+ years experience in

Automotive

R&D or similar is preferred
Bilingual (Japanese and English) highly preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform in high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills to track and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Specific Responsibilities:
Forecast material and manhour budget for assigned projects
Track, consolidate and report R&D development cost
Act as point of contact for communication with Executive Committee
