HR Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  3. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  4. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  5. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  6. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  8. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive HR initiatives.
  9. Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance and support on business decisions.
  10. Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  3. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
  8. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  9. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
