Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of TIG/MIG welding procedures & processes.Experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel preferred.Ability to read and interpret written information and follow directions.Ability to perform welds that pass a visual inspection and destructive test.Ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, squares, rulers, and dial calipers).Basic math skills; must be able to perform conversions and basic calculations.Knowledge of welding machines and set up.Ability to operate hand/air tools and electric grinders.Educational/Certification Requirement:High School diploma or equivalent experience.Experience Requirement:Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in welding.Work Environment:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing environment.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
