CVRC is a 24 hour emergency referral center located in beautiful Charleston, SC. We are the ONLY VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility in South Carolina and 1 of 2 in the southeast region of the United States

- Being a team player is a must
- Schedule any patients needing to be seen by department
- Ensure medical records are obtained from any other veterinarians prior to visit
- Confirm appointments (and relevant instructions for drop off)
- Ensure medical records and x-rays have been received ahead of scheduled appointments
- Ensure treatment plans (estimates) and related paperwork items ready for patient arrival/next day
- Form trusting relationships with pet owners
- Organization
- Strong communication skills with team members
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of veterinary or medical/reception experience
- We have a 16,000 square foot state of the art facility
- Equipment includes:
- Full in house lab
- CT
- MRI
- Fluoroscopy
- Minimally invasive surgical suites
- Ultrasound
- Electrochemotherapy
- Cath lab
- In house blood bank
- Intensive care unit
- CVRC has specialists in the following disciplines:
- Internal Medicine
- Surgery
- Neurology/Neurosurgery
- Cardiology
- Oncology
- Physical Rehabilitation
- Critical Care
- We believe through collaboration, compassion, and integrity our team is able to provide the highest quality of medicine for each and every patient that walks through our doors.
Compensation ranges from $18-20/ hour, depending on previous experience and skill set of the applicant. Shifts are typically 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week. Schedules include 1 weekend day and some holidays. We are currently looking for Day Shift 6am - 4pm. Must have customer service experience and references from previous employers.
