A thriving and community-centered hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a full-time, BC/BE General Urologist to join its expanding team. Enjoy a flexible, rewarding role with a light call schedule , modern surgical facilities , and a supportive clinical team —all nestled in one of Vermont’s most scenic and livable communities. Position Highlights: General urology practice serving both adult and pediatric patients Blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient consultations in a single-site practice Collaborate with one established urologist and a dedicated nurse practitioner Perform procedures in new, state-of-the-art OR suites —no trauma or robotics involved Participate in a light 1:4 call rotation , covering just 7 days per month Use Cerner Community Works EMR Maintain a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule with 14–16 patients/day Strong emphasis on continuity of care, teamwork, and quality outcomes Open to new graduates and candidates with lapsed board certification (if willing to recertify) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience - to be discussed during interview Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Generous PTO including vacation and sick leave Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Short-term disability options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Full reimbursement for on-site interview travel (flight, hotel, rental car, mileage) ✅ Qualifications: BC/BE in Urology (must be ABU certified/eligible) Active VT license (or ability to obtain) BLS and DEA certification required Clean malpractice history Why Brattleboro, VT?
