Description
-First person of contact for shop.
-Communicating with drivers, dispatch, terminal manager, shop manager, etc.
-Handle all emails and phone calls pertaining to shop.
-Reviewing and closing R.O's.
-Filing paperwork.
-Ensuring technicians are up to date with compliance training.
-Updating Long term down report.
-Handle all clerical work.
-Handle EHS files.
-Scheduling work coming into shop.
