Maitre d'hôtel H/F Description du poste Passionné(e) de restauration L'ibis Paris Tour Eiffel est à la recherche de son/sa nouvel(e) Maitre d'Hôtel H/F en CDI. Cet hôtel 3* de 527 chambres dispose d’un complexe de restauration composé d'un restaurant « La Place Gustave », d’un bar à mixologie « le Gustave », d'une très belle terrasse pour les beaux jours et de 6 salles de séminaires. Rattaché(e) au Directeur Restauration, vous participez à l'élaboration et à la vie du département restauration avec ses 22 collaborateurs. Vous êtes en charge de l’organisation et de la qualité des prestations offertes à la clientèle dans les différents points de restauration ; Vous optimisez et développez les ventes des points de restauration ; Vous coordonnez et contrôlez les différents services du département afin de garantir une prestation de qualité au client, en supervisant votre brigade sur les différents points de vente de l'hôtel, restaurant, bars et salles de séminaires ; Vous supervisez les achats de matières premières du département et assurez la bonne gestion des stocks ; Vous assurez le service, en participant à la prise de commande, au dressage et débarrassage des tables, à la facturation ainsi qu'à la tenue des caisses ; Vous intégrez, formez et animez l’équipe restaurant ; Vous initiez de nouveaux projets et vous vous assurez de leur mise en œuvre, ainsi que de leurs résultats ; Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le service commercial pour assurer une prestation de qualité en matière de séminaire et banqueting.
