Education/Training

High School diploma or GED required
Formal training in an apprenticeship or trade/technical school preferred
NC electrical license preferred
NFPA 70E and appropriate OSHA certification(s)

Minimum Experience Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the

commercial/industrial

electrical field, including experience performing in a QA/QC function for large commercial construction projects. Field leadership experience as a foreman or superintendent and/or experience managing and leading a team is preferred. Other relevant experience would include estimating, safety, engineering, and project management.

Specific

Skills/Duties/Proficiencies

Assist in the implementation of quality assurance standards and programs
Participate in performance standards assessments for field personnel
Contribute to further development and improvement of quality programs
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert instructor in the companys apprenticeship and other training programs
Assist with other training programs to improve quality
Assist in the continuing development of jobsite quality audit protocols and SOPs
Performance of jobsite quality

audits/inspections,

and reporting for same
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency in ProCore and other construction related platforms preferred.

Additional Requirements and/or Expectations

Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen
Must have a valid drivers license
