The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the hotel industry, with a focus on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.Job DescriptionUtilize market research and networking to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and relationship building.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Conduct ongoing analysis of market dynamics and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product/service offerings.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for growth.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challengesAdditional Job DescriptionQualificationsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsA team player.Sales/Revenue System knowledgeDiscipline Operational knowledgePPT & Excel proficiencyDelphi, Kalibri, Dodge Analytics, Zoom IntentAdditional Job Information/Anticipated Pay Range$24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
