Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $145,000 annually for candidates based in Washington State Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible work environment with remote opportunities Chance to work with cutting-edge technology and diverse teams Leadership role in shaping AI solutions for critical business workflows What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale cloud-native and AI-powered systems Drive technical direction for AI engineering initiatives, including LLM integration and agentic AI patterns Provide senior technical guidance on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud integration patterns Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to enhance technical quality across the organization Take ownership of incident response and continuous reliability improvements for live services What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering, particularly with large-scale enterprise systems Strong hands?on experience with full?stack development using modern backend and frontend technologies Deep expertise in cloud architecture and distributed systems, including microservices and event?driven design Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud?native applications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of hands?on experience with AI engineering, including LLM integration and RAG systems Experience designing or re?architecting enterprise?scale AI agents or intelligent automation platforms Proven track record of shipping high?impact cloud or AI?powered products in fast?paced environments Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering culture at scale We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal?opportunity employment.
