Come work with us in a fun, creative, and supportive environment Advancement opportunities are available.ResponsibilitiesA Spice & Tea Exchange® Tea'm member may be expected to:Preparing hot and iced tea for guestsEnsure each guest receives stellar guest-service and is welcomed into the store and greeted with our trademarked engagement open linesUtilize trademarked follow up lines with guestsMaintain inventory levels throughout the store, e.g. on shelves, counters and tables, in containers with merchandise and product while assessing store inventory levels; notify management of low inventory levelsPrice merchandise with labels, SKU's, prices and locationsBlend and package product as necessary and where applicableObtains merchandise requested by guests, field guests' questions concerning location, product information, price and uses for products, while establishing rapport with guests to ensure their positive experience in-storeMaintain solid, accurate and current product knowledge to adequately promote the product by reading applicable publications and attending necessary training activitiesComplies with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the storeAssess and notify management of low product inventory levelsHelps maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily operationsPreferred SkillsProven focus on guests and guest engagementExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following blending proceduresCompensation: $19.00 per hour We create and share the experience every day Life is better lived with a little spiceThe Spice & Tea Exchange ® was founded in 2008, by a group of talented individuals with a passion for life and food.
