Description
ESC's premier client seeks an Internal Communications Manager to lead strategy development, strategic planning and reporting, cross-industry integration, operational transformation, and business innovation. The role supports Industry Marketing and its nine branded industries. You will provide hands-on support for marketing business planning and operations as well as support the creation of marketing content for events, campaigns, digital, messaging, and brand representation. This role is working PST hours and the successful candidate should be able to compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns, program, and initiatives to improve overall performance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for marketing business planning and operations within the rhythm.
• Develop field marketing enablement collateral to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage internal communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-industry leads to create collateral.
• Assist in delivering cross-functional and cross-industry marketing enablement programs, including creating collateral for marketing and sales.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content for various channels including events, campaigns, digital platforms, messaging, and brand representation.
• Assist in program management and execution of events, campaigns, digital initiatives, messaging, and brand activities, working closely with program leads.
• Analyze performance metrics, compile findings, and present insights to identify opportunities for enhancing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing support, including business planning, collateral creation, and program management.
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in internal communications management is preferred.
• Proficiency in analyzing and presenting performance metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-industry teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
