What You Will Get To Do: Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc. Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions. Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation. Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics. Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyzes root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action. Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, fund setup/conversion, and post-implementation support phases of a projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 1 years of work-related experience, or 2 years equivalent work-related experience Minimum of 1 year experience in an industry-related project management and/or customer relationship management role 1 year experience in support role working with digital solutions is preferred Post-secondary education preferred
