Conduct client intake, including initial client assessments

Assist clients with developing Business Plans

Assist clients with developing Business Growth Action Plans

Assist client with developing Strategic Plans

Assist clients to get ready to do business with the government

Assist MBEs in creating target plans that lead to higher levels of performance and productivity.

Provide ongoing technical assistance to MBEs

Perform personalized consulting engagements

Identify resources applicable to clients’ needs

Enter data in the program CRM

Organize group seminars/workshops

Gather monthly tracking and reporting of performance metrics

Report monthly tracking and performances metrics

Market and recruit clients

Provide hands-on business assistance

Assistance in obtaining and growing sales and service agreements

Training to increase management capacity and strengthen management teams

Assistance in becoming an exporter or growing exports

Provide assistance doing business with government agencies and large private sector organizations as they retool and return to normalcy

Assist with risk management and disaster planning

Assist the program with achieving the following minimum overall performance goals

Participating in outreach events to promote the work of the Council
