Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in various medical specialties such as senior care, internal medicine, ophthalmology, memory care, urgent care, pediatrics, and assisted living. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. - Assist in medical procedures and examinations. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications: - Valid RN license in the state of practice. - Experience working in diverse healthcare settings including nursing homes, urgent care facilities, and assisted living communities. - Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. - Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and medical conditions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience administering injections and performing routine medical procedures.
