Job Description:

Bel Marin Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our team as a Medical Director and primary surgeon. In addition to leading our medical team, the ideal candidate will be hands-on in providing quality care to our patients, conducting examinations, and performing surgeries.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Medical Director, providing leadership and direction to our veterinary team.

Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

Perform surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries, with precision and care.

Oversee the management of medical cases, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Participate in staff training, continuing education, and mentorship programs.
