Will be 100% remote and equipment provided Must be able to work PST hoursA Clothing company is hiring multiple 100% Remote Customer Service Representatives for a great opportunityResponsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely mannerNavigate through multiple computer software systems to address order and product information specific to customer inquiriesProactively reach out to customers with order and product updatesProvide sizing assistance and product recommendations to customersContinuous learning and sharing ofproduct knowledge with customersSupport retail branch operations with customer updatesContribute to a productive, friendly, and positive work environmentMeet goals and objectives for the customer service representativeQualifications:High School diploma or GED is requiredOffice or Call Center environment experienceProficient in Office 365 for PC, and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Tech savvy, Zendesk and Shopify experience a plusExcellent oral + written communication skills, including customer de-escalationBi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus**If Interested:Please apply to the job applicationAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
