What Youll Do Wilson Sporting Goods is expanding its retail presence. As an Athlete Advisor, you represent Wilson in our stores, delivering an exceptional athlete experience by educating customers about performance sportswear and hard goods, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. Specific Responsibilities Deliver exceptional athlete experiences. Handle cash and process register transactions. Accept returns in compliance with policy. Manage inventory and replenish sales floor items. Maintain a clean store through regular floor walks and cleaning. Support store projects and brand initiatives. Stay current on product education. Present the store merchandise effectively. Communicate openly with team and leadership. What Were Looking For This role requires experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment. Other Qualifications Passionate about delivering an exceptional consumer experience. Loves engaging with all athletes and solving their needs. Outstanding communication skills. Self?motivated and thrives in an autonomous, entrepreneurial environment. Values bold ideas and pursues progress. Acts with integrity and respect in every situation. What Well Provide The pay range for this role is $18.50/hr - $21.50/hr at the time of this posting.
