Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A part-time position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services at an elementary school in Des Plaines, IL. This contract role offers flexibility with days and times, allowing for a balanced work schedule totaling 2.5 days per week. The assignment runs for the current school year (CSY) and is ideal for an SLP who is bilingual and holds the appropriate PEL certification. Key Qualifications: * Valid SLP license with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) * PEL certification required * Bilingual endorsement mandatory for this role * Experience working in school settings preferred * Strong communication and collaborative skills Responsibilities: * Deliver speech-language services to elementary school students * Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress * Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies * Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required Location: Elementary school in Des Plaines, Illinois This opportunity provides a flexible schedule within an educational environment, allowing for impactful work with young learners.
