Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about dental treatments, coordinating their insurance benefits and co-pay dollars. If you are passionate about sales, patient education, and achieving goals while possessing dental knowledge, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance. Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities. Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Comfortable working towards and meeting set goals and targets.
