We are currently servicing most of the major airlines at the country's major airports. We offer services in all areas of the ramp, cabin cleaning, janitorial, security, passenger, and baggage handling operations.

Job Summary

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of eight to ten Janitorial Agents and ensuring that all areas are serviced in a timely manner while complying with the company's expectations, rules, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a teamwork environment and delegate tasks.
  • Monitoring and assisting the team's performance while leading and motivating them
  • Interviewing applicants and training new hires
  • Resolving customer/employee complaints
  • Administration duties such as record keeping and paperwork.
  • Ensure familiarity with all areas of the operation.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks on time while complying with the company's expectations, rules, and procedures.

  • Mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, fixtures, ticket counter, podium, tops, fronts, sides, and stainless steel
  • Clean bathrooms (male & female) remove garbage from receptacles and replenish all paper products.
  • Wash sink, hardware, backsplash and clean/polish water cooler
  • Strip and wax floors.
  • Other duties may be assigned
Key Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial cleaning
  • Excellent organizational attitude
What you will need
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Must be able to work safely in an environment containing caustic chemicals, cleaning materials, and noise
  • Must have schedule flexibility for the weekend, holiday, and night shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

The physical demands described here are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
