Physical Ability: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment. Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including measurements and conversions, to assist with accurate installations. Willingness to Learn: Strong desire to develop skills and knowledge in the plumbing trade, with the ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced plumbers. Work Ethic: Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a regular work schedule. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. Safety Awareness: Basic understanding of workplace safety and a commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers. Team Player: Willingness to assist others, take direction, and work as part of a team to complete plumbing projects. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites and 3 years of driving experience Work Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed. Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this job include tasks such as lifting weights (e.g., pounds regularly and occasionally), climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work. The role also involves working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces, and exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions such as rain or snow.
